CityLine Bible Church (“CityLine,” “we,” “us”) respects your privacy. This policy explains what information we collect through our website, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

• Information you give us. When you fill out a form — to connect, plan a visit, request prayer, request a meeting, register for an event, or apply for a job — we collect what you submit, such as your name, email, phone number, and any message you include.
• Giving information. Online giving is processed by Planning Center / Church Center. Your payment details are handled by them and their payment processor; we do not store your card or bank numbers.
• Automatic information. Like most websites, our hosting provider may log basic technical data (such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited) to keep the site secure and working.

How we use your information

• To respond to your requests and follow up with you about next steps.
• To register you for events, groups, serving, or giving.
• To care for you pastorally and keep you informed about church life when you’ve asked us to.
• To operate, secure, and improve our website.

How we share it

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We share it only with trusted service providers who help us run the church and this website, and only as needed to provide their service:

• Planning Center / Church Center — our church management system, used for connections, events, groups, and giving.
• Cloudflare — website hosting and security.
• Sanity — content management.
• Airtable — job applications.
• Google Translate — optional on-page translation when you choose Español.

We may also disclose information if required by law or to protect the safety of people on or off our campus.

Cookies

We use minimal cookies and local storage — for example, to remember your language choice. Third-party tools (such as Church Center’s registration windows) may set their own cookies. You can control cookies in your browser settings.

Children

Our website is intended for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 through this site. Children’s ministry registrations are completed by a parent or guardian.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, update, or delete the information you’ve given us, or stop contacting you, at any time. Just email info@cityline.church.

We may update this policy from time to time. The “last updated” date above shows when it last changed.
